Resource Nurse

About the role

This person will cover their assigned region. This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion of items such as: quarterly pharmacy reviews, Risk Watch, admissions/re-admissions, labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results), PCP notification and new orders, in-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick or if the position is vacant for a period of time.
