RN Resource Nurse

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc.

Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Medical Surgical, Critical/Coronary Care, etc. is required.
• Certified RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay

Pay Rate: USD $42.88 - USD $76.07 /Hr.
