Resource Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Resource Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee resource planning for a global creative production environment, ensuring the right talent is allocated efficiently to meet delivery needs. The Resource Manager will partner closely with production and discipline leads to balance utilization, forecast freelance support, and address resourcing risks before they affect project timelines. Success in this position will require strong reporting skills, careful coordination, and the ability to support data-driven staffing decisions across the team.
