Leidos Defense is seeking a Resource Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to Regional Resource Managers, Team Leads, and subcontractors in executing OCONUS staffing requirements. This role coordinates rotational and event-based assignments, ensuring personnel are properly credentialed and compliant with all location-specific and contractual requirements. The Resource Coordinator collaborates with Regional Resource Managers, Talent Acquisition, Program Leadership, and subcontractors to facilitate onboarding and maintain workforce readiness across globally dispersed teams. This position requires experience in OCONUS staffing and onboarding for international deployments, including personnel logistics, in-country coordination, and familiarity with government contracting requirements. Primary Responsibilities. Provide administrative and operational coordination for OCONUS staffing across rotational and event-based assignmentsManage onboarding and credentialing to ensure compliance with location-specific and contractual requirementsCollaborate with Regional Resource Managers, Talent Acquisition, Program Leadership, and Subcontracts Management to maintain staffing alignment and workforce readinessSupport data collection, staffing reports, and tracking to ensure visibility and coverage of open billetsMaintain accurate, auditable records in compliance with government regulations and contract requirementsTrack and update credentialing and staffing data in SharePoint and internal systemsProcess employee expense reports and resolve reimbursement discrepanciesSupport program reporting requirements, including ad hoc data calls and status updates Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 8-12 years prior relevant experienceMinimum 3–5 years supporting staffing, operations, or government contract programsExperience with OCONUS staffing, onboarding, and deployment coordination for geographically dispersed teamsFamiliarity with CPFF, T&M, and FFP contract typesExperience handling administrative coordination for resource planning, requisition tracking, reporting, and compliance requirementsExperience working with cross-functional teams and subcontractorsProficiency with data tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, staffing databases, Excel)Willingness to travel up to 25%U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience staffing DoD programs across the Indo-Pacific theater If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
