Schedule
Full-time Day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Inova and Supply Chain policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of medical supplies, equipment, and mset carts ensuring optimal stock levels
- Establish, monitor, and adjust supply par levels according to utilization trends
- Execute daily ordering of supplies for assigned customer supply rooms
- Work with purchasing on back-ordered items, monitor, review, and remove recalled and nearly expired or expired inventory
- Accurately pick medical supplies from the warehouse based on order pick tickets and put away inventory in clean supply rooms
- Manage, maintain inventory, and process orders for non-stock items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned clean supply rooms and the warehouse
- Cross-train to support receiving, equipment management, and warehouse ordering
- Take ownership of all aspects of product conversion (replace product, labels, PAR sheets, etc.) and proactively communicate with customers on product conversions
- Regularly check-in and maintain communication with clinical staff for assigned units
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Utilize, manage, and maintain materials management information system and point of use system for assigned areas
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of Materials Management or related experience

- Inventory/Ordering experience
