Resource Coordinator
About the role
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an Entry-Level Resource Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating personnel and project resources, maintaining resource schedules, supporting workforce planning, tracking assignments, and ensuring day-to-day operational activities run efficiently in an on-site environment. The Resource Coordinator will work closely with managers, project teams, department leaders, and internal stakeholders to coordinate staffing needs, update scheduling systems, maintain resource records, monitor workloads, and support daily operational planning. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Cook up employee and project resource assignments
- Maintain resource schedules and staffing records
- Track resource availability and workload distribution
- Update scheduling systems and operational databases
- Communicate staffing updates with internal departments
- Aid managers with workforce planning activities
- Monitor project timelines and resource utilization
- Prepare resource reports and scheduling summaries
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
- Support cross-functional teams with daily coordination tasks
- Identify scheduling conflicts and assist with resolution
- Perform additional resource coordination and administrative duties as assigned
We’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, scheduling, project coordination, customer service, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- A professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Internship or entry-level operations experience
- Familiarity with workforce management or scheduling software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or project management tools
