Resort Operator - Full-time

Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about resort services, amenities, and operations.
• Cookordinate and dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments.
• Maintain knowledge of resort operations, outlets, hours, and services.
• Aid with internal communication between departments and leadership.
• Log and track service requests, issues, and follow-ups.
• Support Rooms Division operations during high-demand periods.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and resort operations.
• Respond calmly and effectively to guest concerns or emergency situations.
• Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous PBX, call center, or front office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with phone systems, PMS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
