Resort Experience Host

Responsibilities

• Circulate throughout the property to engage with guests and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
• Oversee and host poolside and outdoor recreation activities with a focus on fun and safety
• Set up and manage guest experiences like the s'mores station and other seasonal activities
• Encourage guest participation in games and events
• Serve as a go-to person for guest questions and casual assistance
• Keep activity areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Work with the team to dream up new ways to surprise and delight guests

Requirements

• We are looking for a naturally outgoing and high-energy professional who thrives in an outdoor hospitality setting.
• The ideal candidate combines a "safety-first" mindset—particularly around water—with a creative, proactive approach to guest engagement.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
• This is a physically demanding job that requires extended periods of walking and standing with some bending and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable eligible employees to perform the essential functions.
