Spa Host

Position Summary The Spa Host serves as the welcoming presence of Esther's Wellhouse, ensuring guests feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from arrival through departure while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared spa environment. This guest-facing role manages front desk operations, assists with scheduling, supports housekeeping and laundry needs, and helps service providers throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and intake forms, and orient them to the spa environmentAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and offeringsSchedule, confirm, and manage guest appointments while maintaining an accurate daily scheduleProcess payments for services, retail, and gift cards while maintaining confidentiality and accurate recordsManage the assigned cash drawer, balancing and reconciling it at the end of each shiftMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and guest areasRestock amenities and retail displays, support laundry needs, and assist with basic spa and treatment room readinessCommunicate guest needs and schedule updates with service providers and notify management of any concernsOther duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in spa services, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
