Resin Mixer

About the role

This role is responsible for the production of top-quality film in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. You will make a direct impact in a key production position while maintaining expected production rates.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production orders
• Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label
• Be aware of production requirements
• Knowledge of different resin types and repro quality
• Ensure the proper blend is used on each line
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Promote and implement Core Values daily
• Take line down and put it back up
• Perform and maintain resin inventory counts
• All other duties assigned by shift manager

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Essential reading and writing skills
• Minimum of one year experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Make continuous efforts to improve product quality
• Flexibility to work on different machines as needed
• Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours during a shift
