The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department.

The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities, and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS Policy CEVPL.00005.

The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining mixed resin levels throughout department.
• Ensure that all material hoppers and grinders are thoroughly cleaned after each material change.
• Assist team members in unloading of trucks containing resin material.
• Responsible for properly labeling all resin and grinders.
• Required to mix resin for designated area.
• Utilizes metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage, ensuring that all work is done in an environmentally safe manner.
• Operates hi-lo and other machinery in a safe manner.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.
• Responsible for communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with previous/next shift.
• Maintain compliance to company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements per standard.
• Other duties as assigned by area supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Ventra Hi-lo license (or willing to train to obtain).
• Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Availability to work subject to manufacturing needs.
• Manufacturing setting & environment.
• Overtime availability.
• Physically Demanding (i.e. Capacity to lift weights) up to 75 lbs.
• Use of PPE’s.
