Resignation

Resignation or retirement notifications must be submitted through the official District form, available in Skyward Employee Access under Task Processes. For assistance, refer to the Employee Resign-Retire Tutorial in Qmlativ. If you do not know your Skyward username or password, contact the Help Desk at 801.567.8737.

Early Resignation Incentive – Licensed Contracted Employees

Licensed contracted employees who provide official early notification of resignation or retirement at the end of the current contract year may qualify for a tiered incentive. See District policy DP318 for full details. To qualify, the online notification must be submitted by the following deadlines:

• December 15: $500.00 incentive
• January 15: $300.00 incentive
• February 15: $200.00 incentive

The incentive will be paid on the last regular paycheck. Notifications received after these dates do not qualify for an incentive.
