Reconciliation Admin
About the role
Asset Management Services, a division of Raymond James & Associates, offers comprehensive asset management services and products for Raymond James financial advisors. Under general supervision, this role involves using skills obtained through experience and training to reconcile account activity between multiple sources. The position requires reviewing standard issues, analyzing and interpreting data, and determining appropriate corrective actions. The role supports and complies with established policies and procedures, reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness, and maintains detailed records to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile account activity between multiple sources.
- Review standard issues, analyze and interpret data, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Support and comply with established policies and procedures.
- Review daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent with at least two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Past accounting or reconciliation experience preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.
- Ability to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) sufficient to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Numerical aptitude and critical thinking skills sufficient to solve operational problems.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Adobe skills preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Pay
$18.00/hour - $24.00/hour
