About Swan House

Swan House is a warm and welcoming 3-bedded residential home located in a peaceful area of Mapperley Plains, Nottingham. Nestled near Gedling Country Park, the home benefits from access to green spaces, local shops, and a charming nearby high street—making it an ideal setting for both staff and young people. Currently, Swan House is home to two young female residents, each with vibrant personalities and a wide range of interests. The home has a lively and nurturing atmosphere, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and routines.

Pay

Qualified Support Worker (with Social Work Degree, Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Residential Care, or Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care): £28,650 per annum (£13.77 per hour), with an earning potential of £33,435.04 including sleep-in payments.

Support Worker (without qualifying qualifications): £27,976 per annum (£13.45 per hour), with an earning potential of £32,761.04 including sleep-in payments.

Schedule

Rotational shifts including earlies, lates, doubles, and sleep-ins.
