Job role: Senior Support Worker
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Swan House, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £34,981.04 - £36,044.04 per annum (Inclusive of your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum and 2 sleep-in per week at £46.01 each)
Homes2Inspire are looking for a Senior Support Worker to be part of the Management team at Swan House.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people’s behaviour, safety, and well-being.
- Lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
- Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
- Full UK driving licence

- Unqualified: £27,785.00 - £31,502.00
- Qualified: £30,275.00 - £33,992.00
