Residential Water Treatment Technician

Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment across major brands
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential water treatment experience
• Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration systems, RO systems, and related equipment
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with well pumps and/or water heaters

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
• Ability to work in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces

Work Environment

• Field-based role working in residential customer homes
• Local travel required
