Residential Walkthrough Agent
About the role
This work-as-needed, part-time position is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals who take pride in exceptional customer service. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for new home buyers, helping ensure a smooth, confident transition into their new homes. As the welcoming face and voice of our company, you’ll support buyers during one of life’s most exciting milestones—moving into a new home—while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders.
- Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are reviewed and properly documented.
- Meet with clients on-site to explain procedures, answer questions, and document potential construction-related items.
- Maintain regular communication with the Director of Field Operations and Strategic Accounts, providing updates on progress and performance.
Travel & Work Setting
This is a remote position with field responsibilities. Must reside in or near Dawsonville/Lawrenceville, GA. Regular local travel throughout Dawsonville/Lawrenceville, GA and surrounding areas is required. Flexibility and availability are essential.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Residential construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams is important.
- Proficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe PDF is required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
