Residential Technician
About the role
The ideal candidate will support the health and safety of individuals receiving services, manage medical needs, ensure proper documentation, provide transportation, complete service notes, communicate service needs, oversee daily client activities, facilitate life skills groups, and maintain a safe, reliable, and properly insured transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide monitoring and assistance for each person served.
- Ensure medical needs of members are met through observation of medication and proper documentation.
- Attend medical appointments and follow all policies and procedures relating to med administration policies of the agency.
- Follow doctors' orders.
- Provide transportation as directed by supervisor.
- Complete service notes by the end of scheduled shift.
- Communicate service needs or discharge in a timely manner to Supervisor, Counselor, and/or Office Manager.
- Oversee daily events, meals, and bedtimes of clients and their children.
- Facilitate Life Skills Group as indicated on the treatment schedule.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
- Experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications

$15 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time positions available for 2nd shift, and Full-time positions available for 3rd shift.
