Building and Developing a Great Team

• Hiring, training, and scheduling of Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensuring seamless support by coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.

Maintaining Excellence

Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.

Regulatory Compliance

Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Schedule

Days, Salaried, an evening shift until 7pm during the week and Oncall responsibilities can include other hours as needed to support the department/agency.

• Essential Foundations: An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
