Residential Support Professional → Support Professional (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults in a community-based setting
• Assist residents with daily living skills, personal care, and medication reminders
• Implement individualized service plans and support behavioral health needs
• Document progress accurately and maintain safety and dignity for residents
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Encourage residents to engage in the community and foster an inclusive environment
