Role Overview

The Adult Residential Support Professional provides direct care in a residential treatment setting for adult males, supporting recovery through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents, serving as a positive role model
• Document observations and assist with treatment plan implementation
• Administer medication and help with daily living activities like housekeeping and meals
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
• Respond to emergencies, ensuring a safe environment
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
