Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

The role is for a Part-time Adult Residential Support Professional working during the 2nd shift at a residential treatment facility. The position involves supervising residents, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to promote recovery, accountability, and personal growth. Key duties include monitoring daily activities, assisting with medication and life skills, documenting resident progress, and transporting residents to appointments. Responsibilities also include conducting urinalysis and breathalyzer tests and responding to emergencies. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, ability to maintain professional boundaries, and pass background and medical clearances. Preferred: experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or coursework in related fields. Due to contractual obligations, male staff members are required to conduct observed urine analyses.
