Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

About the role

Provide care, support, and treatment to residents in a Substance Use Disorder and mental health residential facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and maintain accurate records
• Assist with medication administration and basic First Aid
• Support residents in achieving their personal goals
• Participate in ongoing training and team activities
• Perform housekeeping tasks, prepare meals, and assist with transportation
• Facilitate educational and therapeutic activities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in social services or related fields
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Completion of relevant DHS training
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency and physical ability to meet job demands
