Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Part-time Adult Residential Support Professional for the Fahrman Center, a 42-bed residential treatment facility focused on substance use recovery and restorative justice. In this role, you will supervise residents, promote a safe and structured environment, and support their personal growth. Key responsibilities include building positive relationships, documenting progress, assisting with medication and daily activities, facilitating group sessions, and conducting urinalysis and breathalyzer tests. The position requires a male staff member to conduct observed urine analyses due to contractual obligations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass background and medical clearances. Preferred qualifications encompass experience in behavioral health or related fields and coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services.
