Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Residential Support Professional for full-time third shift in Neillsville, WI. Responsibilities include: providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, creating a safe and respectful environment, documenting observations, assisting with medication monitoring, responding to emergencies, supporting treatment and recovery goals, performing household chores, helping with transportation, and developing residents’ life skills. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or related fields preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
