Residential Support Professional (53051) → Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Complete documentation and maintain confidential records
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete training requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional Details

• DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed post-hire
• Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)
