Role Description The Residential Support Coordinator (live in House Manager) is a full-time, in person role based in Baltimore, MD. In this role, the coordinator oversees daily operations of residential housing, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-maintained environment for residents. Responsibilities include coordinating resident intake and orientation, managing schedules, and tracking compliance with house rules and program requirements. The role involves providing direct support to residents, conducting check-ins, connecting them with resources, and collaborating with case managers and external partners. The coordinator also handles basic administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and communication with organizational leadership to ensure program quality and consistency. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with justice-impacted individuals and diverse stakeholders.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Experience with case management, including tracking resident progress, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate records.Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and responsive support to resident needs.Technical support and general technology skills, including comfort with basic software, online communication tools, and data entry.Demonstrated ability to manage residential or community-based programs, including scheduling, logistics, and facility oversight.Knowledge of or interest in the criminal legal system, reentry services, or social services is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Previous experience in housing programs, social work, counseling, or related fields preferred but not required.
