Coordinator of Support Services (House Manager) - Adult Services

Responsibilities
- Participates in the planning and execution of agency and department goals
- Completes and/or ensures completion of all documentation, including baselines, checklists, seizure logs, etc.
- Affords assistance in obtaining and entering quality assurance data
- Serves as a supervisor overseeing day-to-day activities within the Residential area
- Monitors and provides continuous feedback to appropriate personnel regarding area programs
- Ensures all persons served are engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day
- Coordinates workflow
- Maintains safety and security of people served, staff, buildings, and vehicles
- Ensures people supported are provided skill training in independent living
- Works closely with Case Managers, Program Coordinators, and/or Medical Services staff to ensure quality of care to individuals supported
- Rotates the weekend on-call responsibility with other CSSs
- Serves as a supervisor and coach for direct reports
- Affords assistance in interviewing and hiring for open and new positions
- Trains staff and ensures new staff complete all necessary orientation
- Maintains and evaluates performance
- Maintains and staffs work schedules
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of supervision experience preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in Direct Care or related field required, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
