Residential Specialist - Per Diem

About the role

The Mental Health Center is seeking a Residential Specialist to join our team in Manchester, NH 03101. We are a recipient of The Bell Seal Certification for Workplace Mental Health and are dedicated to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing skills for living independently
• Aid clients in achieving their wellness and recovery goals
• Work with clients in both residential and community settings
• Engage in direct 1:1 and group activities
• Maintain apartment maintenance and transport clients to appointments, activities, etc.
• Form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide interventions, and take initiative

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance
• Clean background and driving record check
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited university

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the required amount
