Residential Specialist

About the role

The Residential Specialist position at HCRS offers a starting hourly rate of $20-$23.25, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Employees receive 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated), 12 sick days, and 9 holidays annually. Additional benefits include shift differential, weekend differential, and generous holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills.
• Work in a team environment with committed providers and business leaders dedicated to improving clinical outcomes for clients.
• Provide compassionate care to residents while maintaining appropriate boundaries as a caregiver.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, or a preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
