About the role
As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in achieving their identified treatment goals
- Work with individuals to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills
- Provide compassionate care with appropriate boundaries
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED, or preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
