What You'll Do
- Aiding with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Supporting daily living skills and independence
- Participating in community activities, appointments, and social events
- Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Fulfilling individualized support plans and goals
- Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
