About the role
The Residential Specialist - Assessment and Diagnostic Program (Day) provides support to individuals in residential settings. This role involves conducting assessments, providing diagnostic services, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual needs
- Provide diagnostic services based on assessment findings
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions to promote client growth
- Maintain accurate records and reports of assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and techniques
- Understanding of various therapeutic approaches
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
