About the role

The Residential Specialist - Assessment and Diagnostic Program (Day) provides support to individuals in residential settings. This role involves conducting assessments, providing diagnostic services, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual needs
• Provide diagnostic services based on assessment findings
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions to promote client growth
• Maintain accurate records and reports of assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and techniques
• Understanding of various therapeutic approaches
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
