Residential Shift Supervisor
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- An active and unrestricted driver's license is required.
- Experience in the Human Services is required.
- One year experience working in a psychiatric setting is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee evening operations and send daily shift reports to management.
- Supervise staff on shift, including monthly written evaluations and direct support.
- Manage incidents by completing electronic reports and notifying upper management.
- Provide hands-on care and engage directly with residents during the shift.
- Attend monthly staff meetings (daytime; compensated).
- Participate in on-call coverage rotation.

Pay
$18.60/hour
Schedule
37.5 hours/week; 3 pm-11 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
About the Role
The Shift Supervisor coordinates and facilitates operations of our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role provides leadership, ensures smooth shift transitions, and supports both residents and staff through direct care, supervision, and incident management. The supervisor also plays a key role in staff development, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
