About the role
Join us in our mission as a Residential Shift Supervisor at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services. You will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Day to day shift operation of the program
- Supervising all Direct Support Professionals
- Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community
- Carrying out direction and administration of program services
Responsibilities
- Supervise all Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure service plans are implemented by Direct Support Professionals
- Aid residents in learning about activities of daily living and the community
- Operate shifts according to program needs
- Administer program services as directed
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional

Pay
Minimum Salary: $21.63/hour
Maximum Salary: $21.63/hour

Differential for hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
