About the role

Lifestyle Support Services, Inc. is a human service organization providing quality and comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We aim to help our consumers live their desired lifestyles through various programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety of our consumers.
• Plan and attend activities and other creative ideas to engage with our consumers (shopping, local events, etc.).
• Help our consumers with cooking and household duties.
• Aid our consumers in their hygiene and overall well-being.
• Support consumers in leading a more independent lifestyle.
• Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain confidential information pertaining to our consumers.

Requirements

• Valid PA Driver's License
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (Diploma or GED)

Schedule

3-4 days off per week with Block Schedules. 36 and 48 hour work weeks (12-Hour Shifts).

Pay

New starting wage has been increased to $20.00 per hour. Sign on bonuses are available: $400 after 30 days, $600 after 180 days, and $1,000 after 1 year.
