Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and the office while helping ensure the daily service schedule operates efficiently
• Coordinate technician schedules based on call priority, location, and availability
• Communicate schedule updates throughout the day
• Arrange return visits when additional work or parts are required
• Help manage the on-call schedule
• Answer incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, update customer records, create work orders, and maintain accurate job information within the company software
• Assist with administrative responsibilities including invoicing, collections support, data entry, filing, and other office tasks
• Work closely with service technicians and office staff to provide a seamless customer experience from the first phone call through project completion

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians, or supporting field service operations in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another service industry is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to communicate professionally with both customers and field personnel
• Experience using multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, and office applications is beneficial
• Dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to remain calm while adapting to changing priorities and schedules

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience
