East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at The Pinnacle, one of Denver's premier luxury residential communities. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors, you'll create a welcoming, secure, and exceptional living experience while supporting the daily operations of the community. Your Workplace The Pinnacle Denver, Colorado Luxury Residential High-Rise Hospitality-driven team Resident-focused environment Job Details Job Location: Denver, CO Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Schedule Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Employment Status: Part-Time, Year-Round Start Date: Immediately Accepting Applications Until: August 31, 2026, or until filled What You'll Do Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. Build positive resident relationships. Monitor building access and security. Coordinate resident services and amenities. Document and coordinate maintenance requests. Conduct routine property walks. Maintain accurate resident and vendor information. Assist during emergencies. Complete daily handover reports. Represent East West with professionalism and hospitality. About You Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, hospitality, concierge, receptionist, or administrative experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Luxury residential, hotel, hospitality, or property management experience. Concierge or front desk experience.
