About the role

Screenmobile of Charlotte is seeking a positive and detail-oriented individual to join our Scheduling Team. This is a full time position in a casual work environment that offers a competitive salary, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k matching, overtime when applicable, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Answer busy phone line and email communications
  • Cook up and schedule residential estimate, installation, repair and service appointments
  • Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
  • Communicate with customers clearly and effectively about our products and services
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Process customer communications accurately and efficiently
  • Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Requirements

  • Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience preferred
  • Two or more years Customer Service experience required
  • Proficiency to navigate basic CRM and office support software
  • Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations & times)
  • Team player who can work in a small office environment
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Problem solving skills/have common sense
  • Take pride in what you do
