About the role
The Residential Sales Trainee Program is an 8-10 week training experience designed to prepare participants for a successful sales career with Shaw Industries. The program includes comprehensive training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

Who You Bring (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Interest in a long-term career in sales
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Willingness to relocate to the market area in the US
