About the role
The Residential Sales Trainee Program at Shaw Industries is a dynamic, career-launching experience designed to develop high-performing sales professionals. The program includes comprehensive training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more during the 8-10 week training program at Shaw’s headquarters in northwest Georgia.
- Transition into a field apprenticeship where you will gain hands-on, on-the-job training in a geographic market within the US, specifically Florida.
- Learn best practices and be placed into a sales location as a territory manager after completing the apprenticeship.

Who You Bring (Requirements)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- An interest in a long-term career in sales
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- A willingness to relocate to the market area in the US
