About the role

The Residential Sales Trainee Program is an 8-10 week training experience designed to launch aspiring sales professionals into a successful career with Shaw Industries. This program includes comprehensive training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more.
• Apply learned skills in a field apprenticeship within a geographic market in the US (Florida).
• Gain hands-on, on-the-job training and be placed into a sales location as a territory manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate to the market area in the US.

Schedule

Shift: 8-hour non-rotating shift, hours fall to in punch day, observed calendar. Shift starts AM.
