Residential Sales Representative

About the role

Residential Sales Representative positions available on a full-time or part-time basis. We are seeking individuals who are energized by serving people, have strong customer service skills, and are driven by earning potential in an uncapped sales commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-home sales representative for residential floor coatings
• Utilize company-provided leads to generate sales
• Make quick decisions during the sales process
• Work within the Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas territory

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Experience as an in-home sales representative is a strong advantage
• Quick decision-making skills

Compensation

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year with an uncapped commission plan, plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Training & development

Comprehensive training is provided in sales, products, installation, service, and business development. You will be trained on proven systems backed by the support of a growing franchise.
