Residential Sales & Design

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales & Design professional to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and design solutions, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

2+ years of experience in selling window treatments, flooring, or other related product lines is mandatory. Strong communication, customer service, prospecting, and sales skills are essential. Experience conducting in-home consultations and completing transactions in the client's home is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Create and present design solutions that meet the needs of our clients
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and design solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential design
• Knowledge of measuring and estimating
• Well-versed in Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Ability to demonstrate products (blinds, shades, shutters, home automation, etc.) to prospective customers and close sales
• Basic knowledge of home décor related products
