Residential Regional Manager

About the Role

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated full-time Residential Regional Manager to lead a team of caregivers across multiple group homes in your assigned region. This role provides care for individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of the team in your assigned region of Residential Group Homes.
• Handle hiring, training, development, supervision, and monitoring of staff.
• Ensure compliance for both staff and individuals served.
• Guarantee quality services for home residents and collaborate with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) on requirements.
• Travel monthly to each of the group homes in the Eastern Region and as needed.
• Provide after-hours/weekend on-call support.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and inspections, as well as budget and financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution with a psychology or social work focus.
• Qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional.
• 5-7 years of Residential Management experience with multiple locations.
• Strong clinical skills and working knowledge of residential management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and coach others remotely.
• Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance.
