What You'll Do:

  • Manage Distribution Emails and ensure all emails are responded to within firm policies
  • Distinguish between emails that should be handled by the Closer and those that need to be addressed by Pre-Closer Agents, Buyer/Seller Communications
  • Handle Buyer/Buyer's Agent/Lender communications regarding closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates
  • Adhere to Clients' Service Level Agreements, prepare HUD/ALTA documents, revisions, and balance with lenders
  • Obtain funding approval from the lender and monitor Pre-Closer activities for file ownership and accountability
  • Send final title documents to the title company insuring the transaction
  • Confirm all requirements on the commitment are completed prior to closing

What You'll Need:

  • A high school diploma
  • At least 2 years of real estate closing experience with a law firm, title, or lending company
  • Qualia experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Humble and teachable
  • Strong task management skills adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric - the customer always comes first
  • Solution-oriented - excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs
