What You'll Do:
- Manage Distribution Emails and ensure all emails are responded to within firm policies
- Distinguish between emails that should be handled by the Closer and those that need to be addressed by Pre-Closer Agents, Buyer/Seller Communications
- Handle Buyer/Buyer's Agent/Lender communications regarding closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates
- Adhere to Clients' Service Level Agreements, prepare HUD/ALTA documents, revisions, and balance with lenders
- Obtain funding approval from the lender and monitor Pre-Closer activities for file ownership and accountability
- Send final title documents to the title company insuring the transaction
- Confirm all requirements on the commitment are completed prior to closing
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma
- At least 2 years of real estate closing experience with a law firm, title, or lending company
- Qualia experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Humble and teachable
- Strong task management skills adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric - the customer always comes first
- Solution-oriented - excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs
