RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE - APPRAISER (4827-20)
Summary of Job Duties
Perform duties supporting valuation appraisal of residential property at a fair and accurate market value.
Data collection by conducting on-site measurements and inspections including new construction and review of blueprints.
Provide testimony for the Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas.
Appraisal review for purposes of Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas.
Perform field work in your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).
Apply appraisal terms, principles and techniques.
Possess the skills to interact with the public, tax agents and attorneys.

Salary Range
Varies Based on Experience
Required Education, Experience, Licensure(s)/Certification(s), Skills etc.
Licensed or Certified Appraiser in the State of Ohio.
Experience providing testimony to support opinion of value.
Review appraisal work.
Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills.
Positive can-do attitude.
