The Opportunity

A highly respected and long-established Somerset law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their property team. The firm offers a friendly working environment, with a strong team ethos, working with others to produce high-quality work across departments. The Role

  • Manage your own caseload with confidence and should have at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing and good case management skills.
  • You will rub your own residential conveyancing files, from first instruction through to completion.
  • this will include reviewing titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts, and keeping clients, agents, and lenders updated throughout.
  • Your other responsibilities will include reviewing title deeds, ordering property searches, raising and answering enquires, drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing mortgages, and exchanging contracts.
