Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

We are a busy firm of solicitors providing legal services in and around Winchester, looking for a Property Lawyer to join our friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Handle matters from the initial estimate through to post-completion.
• Focus on client care and maintain high service standards.
• Engage in networking and business development where appropriate.

Requirements

• Technical competence in property law.
• Strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Commitment to teamwork and dedication to excellent service.

Pay

£35,000–£45,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, permanent.
