Residential Real Estate Attorney

About the role

The growing law firm seeks an Attorney to join its busy real estate practice in either Duluth or Braselton office. This is a great opportunity for a junior attorney looking for hands-on experience, mentorship, and immediate client exposure. Candidates with real estate experience are preferred, but those with related backgrounds and an interest in the practice area are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal documents and conducting legal research
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations
• Attend closings and assist in closing transactions
• Work on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a JD program or have completed law school
• Strong academic record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for real estate law

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate law is preferred, but not required
• Interest in real estate law is encouraged
